He's level 108 with 450HP, making it a small struggle to kill. During the fight, guards may enter the room and attack you. There's a high RS gold chance he will muster a High Guard (level-75) to mage you with a rather strong Wind Wave. When he's dead, talk to the Hostage, and climb out the window and then run to the exit, with numerous level 35's which range you. There can, occasionally, be up to 20 guards attacking you, so be cautious and fast.
Expertise (That is not, I repeat not a fantastic way of gaining experience as you will notice you will simply be gaining 1/8 of this normal experience as you generally do [4 Exp * 1/8 =.5 Exp Per Damage]) The Good Sides (Not many but hell who cares?) Drops( The monsters will fall at precisely the exact same rate that they constantly do, and yes ring of riches will still affect fall rates) Bank (You can build a bank booth at the begginning of this dungeon.) Experience (If you're patient enough I guess this is alright for experience, it'd drive me insane though.)
Slayer (This will still count as a slayer job, but please note If You Would like to add a slayer monster into the dungeons You Have to have the right Slayer Level to both add and kill the monster [Ex: 85 slayer to add and kill Abby Demons])
The Agility Clause: The reason you should possess at least 20-70 agility is because you MUST add an agility trap at the begginning of the dungeon, this is because you don't want the monsters on your dungeon to escape and destroy your residence. Also note you will gain expertise in agility Buy RuneScape gold equal to the level necessary to jump the snare multiplied by 10, but that it is only going to give expertise once per 5 minutes.
